3rd Annual iHelp Foundation 1 Mile, 5K, and 10K Run

This year's iHelp Foundation run is part of River Heights City Apple Days and features a 1-Mile Family Challenge, 5K, and 10K. All proceeds will benefit Cache Valley Children’s Museum and Quinley’s Garden—two nonprofits making a difference in the lives of children and families right here in our community.
Event Details
1-Mile Family Challenge
This 1-mile challenge takes you through the heart of River Heights, with activity checkpoints that must be completed before moving on. Whether you're going solo or teaming up with family and friends, this timed event brings energy, laughs, and some friendly competition to every step.
5K and 10K
The 5K and 10K courses wind through River Heights, starting and finishing near Ryan’s Place at Heber Olson Park. The fully paved loop includes a mix of flat stretches and gentle hills, with a visit through Quinley's Garden. This family-friendly route is great for experienced runners, walkers, and strollers alike.
Registration includes a t-shirt (guaranteed if registered by August 5th), race timing by Brooksee, post-race snacks, and a raffle entry.

1-Mile Family Challenge (group - up to four team members ) - $40

You can add two additional team members for $10 per additional team member. If you have more than six team members, you should register as two teams.

Register five or more people for the 5K or 10K at the same time and automatically receive 25% off.

Cache Valley Children's Museum
Cache Valley Children's Museum (CVCM) aims to inspire healthy development and meaningful connection in children and families through hands-on play and quality education.
Quinley's Garden
Quinley passed away at age six from a brain tumor. Quinley's family found healing working in their garden and aims to help others through difficult medical journeys and grief through healing gardens. A Memorial Garden is being planted as part of a River Heights City public park for all in need of connection and healing and will include a memorial walk, inspiration walk, garden beds of hope and healing, and a butterfly garden.
